How do I resolve 'Couldn't find your Google Account' Error?

This error message (Couldn't find your Google Account) has the following meaning and how it can be resolved;
Method 1:
This error message appears when you have mistyped your University Email Address (KAB Email) or when you have forgotten a letter/number in your KAB Email. Please confirm that the KAB/University email address is typed correctly. If you are not sure of how your email is generated, click here.
Method 2:
This error also appears when your Email has not been created by the ICT Services team. In this scenario, Send your Details as listed below to webmaster@kab.ac.ug

- Screenshot of your admission form (Clearly indicating your Name & Registration Number)
